The parish includes the branches: Aschau, Bergwerk, Grodnau, Neustift bei Schlaining, Schmiedtrait, Tauchen and Willersdorf.
Jormannsdorf was with Mariasdorf in 1683 and 1684, then came to Pinkafeld and on 11 September 1812 to the parish of Martin in der Wart. Later we find Jormannsdorf again with Mariasdorf and since 1 February 1942 the parish has belonged to the independent local pastoral office of Bad-Tatzmannsdorf.
Sulzriegel was part of Mariasdorf in 1683 and 1684, then came to Pinkafeld and on 11 September 1812 returned to the parish of Mariasdorf. Sulzriegel has been a branch of Bad-Tatzmannsdorf since 1 February 1942.
Goberling appears in the registers of Mariasdorf in the years 1683 - 1777 and then came to the parish of Stadt-Schlaining.
Glashütten bei Schlaining was with Mariasdorf from 1683 to 1779 and then came to the parish of Oberkohlstätten.
Bernstein, Dreihütten, Günseck, Holzschlag, Rottenbach and Stuben were matriculated in Mariasdorf from 1683 to 1741, although Bernstein had its own registers from 1 January 1733. Mariasdorf, Grodnau, Tauchen and Aschau in turn appear in the registers of Bernstein. This can be explained by the fact that for a time one pastor had to look after both parishes.
